Terms of Service
Effective April 28, 2026
Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of the EnergyCredit Program website and the enrollment services we provide. By using our site or submitting any form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What We Do
EnergyCredit Program is an independent enrollment support service that connects residential utility customers with utility-partnered community solar programs. We are not a utility, a government agency, or a solar farm operator. Our role is to help eligible residents enroll in community solar subscriptions offered through approved solar partners and administered through their existing utility accounts.
No Payment Required
We do not collect payment through this website. Enrollment in community solar programs is free. Any charges related to your solar subscription are between you and the solar program operator. We will never ask for your credit card number, bank account, or Social Security number through this site.
Eligibility and Enrollment
Submission of a contact form or utility bill through this site does not guarantee enrollment in any program. Eligibility is determined by the utility and the solar program partner based on available capacity, service area, and program-specific criteria. We review every submission personally and will follow up only if an open program is available for your area.
Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep program details current, but solar programs change frequently — they open, close, and change terms based on capacity and utility agreements. The information on this site is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of savings. Your actual savings depend on the specific program you enroll in and are subject to that program's terms.
Limitation of Liability
EnergyCredit Program provides this site and its enrollment services on an "as is" basis. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of utility companies, solar farm operators, or any third parties involved in community solar programs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of the site or participation in any program.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, design, logos, and graphics — is the property of EnergyCredit Program and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
